He started out growing only regionally common varieties and producing washed coffees but over the years he has continued to innovate and even placed in Cup of Excellence competitions! Every year Nahun rises to the challenge of something new and for the first time in 2018 he created his first naturally processed coffee. It was such a huge success that we asked him to increase the volume the following year so we could use it in our Ghost Rider blend! This coffee has notes of Chocolate, vanilla, & dark stone fruits. It’s wild!
