He has consulted and assisted his neighbours by teaching them the very techniques he has acquired from Proud Mary; to improve taste profile, flavour qualities, and the overall coffee quality. The quality is so consistent that he has walked away with two awards for 2018! For 2019, we present a refined and elegant version of Nahun’s award winning Parainema honey. This very coffee won him stardom and recognition in the 2018 Honduras 2018 Cup of Excellence.
